Classes
At Capital Fitness we offer a variety of classes, taught by fully qualified instructors. They fall into three distinct groups; endurance and fat burning, toning and strengthening, and wellness and flexibility.

Class Bookings
Can all members please ensure that they book for the classes they wish to attend - this can be done up to one week in advance. The maximum number of members in the dance studio is 15 unless otherwise specified. In the event that less than 4 people are booked for any class it may have to be cancelled!
New Childrens classes – called “Fitwize 4 kidz” – now on a Sunday afternoon from 1-2 pm.
