The newly refurbished Capital Fitness is now fully open and boasts a 17m indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, aerobics studio and solarium. We also have a fully air-conditioned gymnasium, which is managed by trained and qualified instructors who are there to support all of our clients needs.
