Introducing our Westview Restaurant, one of the newest restaurants in Edinburgh

The Edinburgh restaurant scene has a new face, a new dining experience, in the shape of our newly refurbished Westview restaurant.

Dining at Best Western Edinburgh Capital Hotel is a fresh, contemporary, affordable and enjoyable experience.  We are very proud of, and excited about our recent extensive refurbishment of the Westview Restaurant. We believe that you need to feel good to enjoy a great dining experience to the full and we are sure that the delightful, informal, airy and contemporary, stylish yet easy friendly atmosphere and ambience we have created for you in our new-look restaurant will help make your whole dining experience complete.

We also know that food alone is not the only reason why people enjoy a memorable dining experience so it's important to us that everything is done right and to the best of our ability. We must be doing something right as we continue to welcome return customers and enjoy the opportunity to renew 'auld acquaintances'. 

With Scotland’s natural larder on our doorstep, we believe in using local produce simply to create wholesome and tasty uncomplicated dishes which will be sure to hit the spot! The Westview dining experience is all about making people welcome, comfortable and feeling at ease. 

If you are coming to stay with us – we do encourage you to book dinner or supper in advance, as the hotel is very popular with local discerning diners!

All our menus are updated regularly with the changing seasons with exciting and fresh ideas.

Those wanting something lighter can eat in our contemporary Westview Bar, which sits invitingly between the restaurant and the hotel reception area.
